Delivery:

We work really hard to get your cocktail boxes to you on your preferred delivery day. On occasion, there are circumstances that are our of our hands. Please refer to the below and then get in contact through the contact page at the top of the screen.

Local deliveries will be delivered on your selected day - we always aim to deliver on your preferred date and will contact you if we are unable to do so. This could be due to circumstances such as extremely busy delivery days, or staff absence. 

Our couriers will make a single attempt to deliver your parcel and if you/recipient is not at home, they will leave it in a safe place or try immediate neighbours. Thereafter, you/recipient will need to make arrangements with courier to make a further attempt of delivery or to give alternative instructions, such as leave in the porch. You are also able to collect the goods from your delivering depot who hold the goods for a further 5 working days, before returning the goods to us where you will incur a return delivery charge equal to the amount for that order.

We will dispatch your cocktail box the working day before your delivery date. Unless you have been notified otherwise, your box will be sent with DHL for next working day delivery. Once we have dispatched your box, you will be notified via email as to a change in status to your order. We will notify you of your tracking number. Once your box has been dispatched, we can unfortunately not be held responsible for any delays with couriers. We always advise that you select your preferred delivery dates carefully.

Returns:

 

We always aim to deliver our cocktail boxes on time and work really hard to ensure that they are packed well and with everything that you'll need. On the rare occasion there is a issue with you box, then please refer to the below and get in contact through the contact page at the top of the screen.

Local deliveries if there is a damaged or missing item from your box, we will endeavor to deliver it to you within 48 hours or refund the damaged/missing item within the same timeframe. The sooner you contact us to let us know, the sooner we can act upon it. 

If you decided to return your box for any other reason, such as deciding that you no longer require it, the contents must be complete as delivered and once checked we will generate a refund within 5 working days. You will incur a 10% fee from the box total, to cover delivery and collection. 

Couriered deliveries if there is a damaged or missing item from your box, we will refund the damaged/missing item within 5 working days, if we are unable to send out a replacement. 

If you decided to return your box for any other reason, such as deciding that you no longer require it, the contents must be complete as delivered and once checked we will generate a refund within 5 working days. You will be responsible for the delivery fees both ways and this will be deducted from your refund. 

With both couriered and local deliveries we require a picture of the broken/damaged goods. We use this to send to our courier service to claim back from them, or in the case of local deliveries, to improve the quality of our packaging and products.
